Publishing Industry

As part of a creative team, developed concepts for marketing materials encompassing direct mail, broadcast, and print, as well as ad copy. Developed and designed new websites, meeting the operational requirements for such divisions as municipal advocacy, city and town governments, water quality and management, outreach and communication, and legal divisions. Created news publications, brochures, annual reports, and research manuals. Developed registration packets, program books, and signage for state-wide workshops and national conferences. Worked with printers and vendors, overseeing the approval process to final delivery.

Assisted in the development and maintenance of online event registration, event listings, training schedules, and calendars for regional and national conferences. Developed art production systems within communication departments to assist directors and project managers with project branding and aligning online strategies, as well as print production, production schedules and deadlines, and budget maintenance. Assumed lead role in development of production systems to comply with copyright and reproduction regulations of national professional sports leagues, including the NFL and MLB.
